The Retired Chief Petty Officer's Association Branch 1, is proud to present the "Edward L. 'Gomer' Jones Memorial Scholarship" to eligible graduates of Oak Harbor High School and/or Coupeville High School.  Proceeds from RCPOA events fund our scholarship awards. 

 

The RCPOA presented a $2,500.00 scholarship to a Class of 2022 Oak Harbor High School Graduate at the June High School awards ceremony.
